Shipping, returns & privacy

Plain English, no legal padding. If something here isn't clear, just email us.

Shipping

Everything is printed after you order it — we don't hold stock of most items. Printing usually takes 1–3 business days, and larger or multi-colour jobs can take longer. We'll tell you if yours is one of those.

Once it's boxed we ship from the USA and email you a tracking number the moment it's created. If you haven't seen tracking within a week, email us — something went wrong on our end and we'd rather hear about it.

Returns & reprints

If your print arrives damaged, warped, or just not what the listing showed, we reprint it free. Send a photo to the address below within 30 days of delivery. You don't need to ship the original back unless we ask.

Changed your mind on a non-personalised item? Send it back unused within 30 days and we'll refund the item cost.

Personalised items — anything with a name or custom text on it — can't be resold, so we can only replace those if they arrive faulty or the text is wrong on our side. Please double-check spelling at checkout.

Cancelling an order

You can request a cancellation from your account page any time before the print starts. We'll approve or decline it and email you either way — if the printer has already begun, we'll usually finish the job and sort it out as a return instead.

What we collect, and why

We're a small shop, not an ad network. We collect what we need to make and send your order, and nothing else.

  • Your order details — name, email, phone, and shipping address, so we can print the right thing and post it to the right place.
  • Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers go straight to them and never touch our server. We only ever see whether a payment succeeded.
  • Files you upload — STL files sent through the Custom page are stored so we can quote and print them. Ask and we'll delete yours.
  • Reviews — only the name, rating, text, and photo you choose to post.
  • A visit counter — a single number, plus a rough note of which site you arrived from, so we know whether anyone is finding the shop. It sets nothing on your device and can't be tied back to you.

We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and there are no third-party tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

  • Essential — your cart lives in your own browser's storage, and a session cookie keeps you logged in. These aren't optional; the site can't work without them.
  • Visit counting — no cookie at all. To stop one person refreshing from counting as ten, we keep a scrambled one-way hash of your IP address and browser for 30 minutes, then it is deleted. It never leaves our server, never reaches your device, and can't be reversed into an address.

Want your data deleted? Email that address and we'll remove your account, orders, and any uploaded files, except where we have to keep a record of a sale.
