Everything is printed after you order it, so most items aren't sitting in stock. Printing usually takes 1–3 business days, and bigger or multicolor jobs can take longer. I'll tell you if yours is one of those.
Orders ship from the USA, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made. If you haven't seen tracking within a week, email me. Something went wrong on my end and I want to know.
If your print shows up damaged, warped, or not what the listing showed, I'll reprint it for free. Send a photo to the address below within 30 days of delivery. You don't need to ship the original back unless I ask.
Changed your mind on an item that isn't personalized? Send it back unused within 30 days and I'll refund the item cost.
Personalized items (anything with a name or custom text on it) can't be resold, so I can only replace those if they arrive faulty or the text is wrong on my side. Please double-check spelling at checkout.
You can request a cancellation from your account page any time before the print starts. I'll approve or decline it and email you either way. If the printer has already started, I'll usually finish the job and handle it as a return instead.
This is a small shop, not an ad network. I collect what I need to make and send your order, and nothing else.
I don't sell your data, I don't share it with advertisers, and there are no third-party tracking pixels on this site.
